welcome to the language of UNTANGLING
If this work feels like a whole new world, that’s because it is.
Most of us were never given language for patriarchy, wounds, or what it actually means to live from truth rather than expectation. This page is here to translate. No jargon, no gatekeeping. Just simple explanations for the terms, concepts, and questions that come up when we start untangling it all.

Have a read below, hopefully I have answered your questions, if not please feel free to message or WhatsApp me.

Patriarchy isn’t just about men in power.
It’s a society that prioritises doing over being, productivity over presence, logic over intuition — and most of us have absorbed it without ever choosing it.
Energetic Empowerment work focuses on masculine and feminine energies
and it overuses masculine energy and feminine energy tends to be neglected and belittled.
-
No. Patriarchy harms women and men.
This work is about awareness and responsibility — not blame or victimhood.
-
Within a patriarchy masculine energy is favoured, promoted and championed whereas feminine energy is generally belittled, neglected and blocked. When we carry out Energetic Empowerment Coaching work we focus on the health and harmony of the masculine and feminine energies within a person, a situation, a relationship or a society (or Universe!) with the aim of identifying opportunities to heal, unblock and harmonise these.
-
You don’t have to feel oppressed to be impacted.
We reframed oppression as subtle conditioning:
Chronic busyness
Guilt when resting
Difficulty receiving
Disconnection from intuition
Over-functioning in relationships
-
Internal patriarchy =
Your inner critic
Your need to prove
Your discomfort with slowing down or being seen
Essentially it is where you are maintaining the patriarchy (probably unknowingly) but living very much in your masculine energy (healthy or toxic) and your feminine energy can be blocked or unhealthy).
Energetic patriarchy =
A world built favouring masculine energy (constant output, linear growth)
With little space for cyclical, intuitive, relational ways of being (feminine energies).
-
It’s practical, embodied, and grounded.
You don’t need to believe anything — just notice what resonates.
-
Examples:
More self-trust
Clearer boundaries
Less burnout
Better relationships
A life that feels less forced
Improved self confidence
Access to living authentically.
-
No. In fact, the majority of the women thatI work with are incredibly capable, intelligent, and high-functioning — they’re just disconnected from themselves. They are searching for more, they know that they have access to more but they haven’t known how. This work guides them to towards their truth.
