SEASON ONE - IN PROGRESS

We’ve all heard the word patriarchy — but few of us stop to ask how it’s actually living inside us.

Beyond the Patriarchy Wound is a podcast exploring the everyday habits, pressures, and patterns women carry without realising where they came from.

Through honest conversations, personal reflections, and real-life observations, we’ll go beneath the surface of modern womanhood to explore how internal and societal patriarchy shapes the way we think, live, work and relate — often without us even realising it. Examining how overdoing, people-pleasing, self-doubt, and disconnection from intuition became normal — and what changes when women start to question that.

THIS ISN’T ABOUT BLAME OR MAN-BASHING; - it’s about awareness, healing, and exploring what becomes possible when women begin to heal the wound — reclaiming self-trust, clarity, and a way of living that feels authentic, grounded, and free.

This podcast isn’t about theory.
It’s about what happens when a woman wakes up.

When she recognises the ways patriarchy shaped her choices, her energy, her voice, her relationships, her body, her ambition.
When she sees it clearly — without blame, without victimhood — and chooses to do something different.

Beyond the Patriarchy Wound exists to amplify the voices of women who have:

  • recognised their patriarchal conditioning

  • felt the discomfort of that realisation

  • done (and continue to do) the inner work

  • reclaimed their truth, intuition, and authority

  • committed to living authentically — even when it’s inconvenient

If that’s you, I’d love to hear from you.

If you feel a full-body yes or a quiet inner nod while reading this, I invite you to apply.
